Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users (“Users”) who access or use the online store and related services (“Services”) provided by Crystale Cosmetics LLC (“Crystale,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using any products or services.


Article 2 — Definitions

  1. “Site” or “Store” refers to the online platform operated by Crystale Cosmetics LLC through which products and related services are sold.

Article 5 — Service Interruptions

We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or system issues.
If such suspension causes a material delay or loss, we will take reasonable steps to minimize impact. Crystale is not responsible for interruptions beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, network failure).


Article 6 — Account Registration

  2. We may decline or revoke registration if:

    • The User violates these Terms; or

    • Registration is deemed harmful to Crystale’s operations.

  3. Members must keep account details accurate and up-to-date.


Article 7 — Account Termination

  1. Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer service.

  2. Crystale may suspend or terminate an account for:

    • Fraudulent activity;

    • Non-payment or chargeback abuse;

    • Violation of laws or these Terms;

    • Misuse of the Site or harassment of others.

  3. Before termination, Crystale will notify the Member and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.


Article 8 — Notices

We may send notices via email, SMS, or website announcements. For important matters affecting individual Users, we will contact you directly using the information you provided.


Article 9 — Orders and Payment

To place an order, you must:

  1. Select products;

  2. Provide accurate shipping and contact details;

  3. Review product details, pricing, and refund policy; and

  4. Complete payment through an accepted method.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other options shown at checkout. No additional service fees apply.


Article 10 — Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted once Crystale sends a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information;

  • Suspected fraud; or

  • Product unavailability.

If your payment was processed and we cannot fulfill your order, you’ll receive a full refund within 3 business days.


Article 11 — Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and location. Crystale is not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.


Article 12 — Returns and Refunds

  1. You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.

  2. Returns are not accepted if:

    • The product was opened or used;

    • The product was damaged by the User; or

    • The return period has expired.

  3. If the product is defective, you may request an exchange or full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned product.

Shipping fees for returns:

  • If the product was defective or incorrect — Crystale pays;

  • If you simply changed your mind — you pay.


Article 13 — Personal Information

  1. We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to process orders (name, address, phone number, email, and payment information).

  2. Your data will only be used to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, and comply with legal requirements.

  3. Crystale does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing without your consent.

Article 14 — User Responsibilities

Users must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information;

  • Infringe intellectual property rights;

  • Post or transmit harmful, obscene, or illegal material;

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.


Article 17 — Dispute Resolution

If not resolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and handled by the courts located in Los Angeles County.
